American Society for Rickettsiology

We are very excited to announce that registration for the 31st Meeting of the American Society for Rickettsiology is now open. ASR hosts the only meeting devoted to rickettsiae and related diseases and boasts the highest concentration of scientific experts across this broad scientific and medical space.

The overall goal of the meeting is to facilitate interdisciplinary interactions among researchers with mutual interests in rickettsiae and vector-transmitted or related obligate intracellular bacterial pathogens and symbionts, while also providing career enhancement opportunities for early stage investigators. Diverse scientific disciplines including clinical medicine, diagnostics, epidemiology, immunology and immunization research, molecular and cell biology, vector biology, animal models, and genomics will be represented. The meeting features talks and posters, with plenary overviews to drive the discussion in each session.

The ASR conference will be held at the Hyatt Regency, in scenic Greenville, SC. We look forward to the opportunity to see our colleagues again and exchange ideas.
