Cancellation Policy
- From registration date to June 1, 2023, paid delegates may cancel their registration with full refund, less a $75 cancellation fee.
- After June1, 2023, no refunds will be given for cancellations or no-shows.
- All cancellation requests must be provided in writing to manager@rickettisiology.org
- We understand that plans may change due to circumstances beyond your control. If you are unable to attend the ASR Annual Meeting, you may transfer your registration to another individual. Identify the person attending in your place and provide complete contact information to manager@rickettisiology.org to transfer your registration.
- We regret that we cannot refund any fees after the deadline, as we must submit complete commitments for our meeting vendors.
